FRONTLINE Consulting © will provide customized training and/or off the shelf training products to fit your agency's specific needs related to management, organizational and business improvement services. Available training includes, but is not limited to: customer service; team building; performance measurement; business process reengineering; coaching and mentoring; strategic planning; quality management; benchmarking; process improvement; problem solving; change management; and leadership development. Customization of off the shelf training may include, but is not limited to: workbooks, training manuals, slides; videotapes; overhead transparencies; advanced presentation media; and state of the art computer based training.
Seminars are short training sessions designed to introduce, to inform, or to impart knowledge. Seminars are usually delivered by a single consultant, and take the form of lectures and interactive presentations supplemented by exercises and videotapes.

Workshops are longer sessions that emphasize skill development and prepare individuals and teams to accomplish specific objectives. Workshops are usually delivered by two or more FRONTLINE consultants to ensure that all participants receive personal attention during workshop sessions, breakout sessions, and team assignments.
Guided Projects are a mix of consulting and training, designed to begin an actual project while simultaneously training the project team. Guided projects are extremely effective because they guide the team through the planning, organization, and implementation stages of a complex project, while allowing real-time issues and questions to be addressed by the consultants.
