Steve is an experienced consultant, trainer, and facilitator. He is a dynamic speaker and has presented to thousands of executive leaders, organizational leadership teams, managers, supervisors and employees across the country. Steve is an effective organizational trouble-shooter and problem-solver. In addition to being an examiner with the Department of Defense Installation Communities of Excellence (ACOE) Awards Program and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards Program, Steve was also the primary trainer for the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Centurion Team which evaluated Army divisions and installations across the Army for compliance with the Army's Performance improvement Criteria (APIC) -- the Army's installation management system. His formal training in quality and continuous improvement includes the Malcolm Baldrige and APIC Orientation Course; the Executive Benchmarking Course; the Department of Army Installation Management Course; and the ACOE APIC Examiner's Course. Steve retired with distinction from the U.S. Army after serving over 25 years. Prior to forming Frontline Consulting, Steve worked in private industry and excelled in executive leadership positions with responsibility for change management strategies and continuous improvment solutions. Steve has a Master of Arts Degree from Beacon University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management.

Matt Redmon. Matt Redmon is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Matt has extensive background in change management application, quality theory and implementation, and lean approaches. He has held quality and operations positions in several industries. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Business Administration from Walden University. Matt is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is an ASQ certified Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Matt is an innovative and sought after trainer and problem-solver. Matt is a published author and his article, "How to Solve Any Problem in Sixty Minutes" will appear in a future edition of "Quality Progress", a professional journal for quality practitioners. Matt is a dynamic trainer, coach and consultant.
